1. How do I become a customer at Netfonds AS?

You can register as a customer by choosing "Open an account" in the menu abvove, or simply click here. When all fields are filled in, click to proceed. The next page needs to be printed, signed and sent by mail together with the necessary documents and copies to Netfonds (or you can quickly register with BankID). When registering a company, firmaattest should be enclosed. When we have received all the necessary documents, we will validate and activate your account. You will receive a welcome letter though email and regular mail when the activation is done. We will establish a VP/depot account where Netfonds is the registrar. This account will be used for all trades trough Netfonds.

2. I have a VP account in another bank, what do I do?

If you wish to sell securities that are located on an account where Netfonds is not the registrar, you need to announce movement of the security holdings. A movement involves that the holding will be partly or completely moved to the new account at Netfonds. Securities that are bought through Netfonds are registered on the VP/depot account where Netfonds is the account manager. Authoritys for movement can be found on our website. A filled in movement form should be faxed to our fax number +47 23 15 86 01. Fees may apply when registering movement - please consult your old account manager about this. Netfonds does not charge any fees when you move your holdings to Netfonds.
