1. Network problems
Many experience some difficulties reaching our home page from time to time. A possible explanation for this is that there can be a lot of traffick between the net of the customer's internet provider and our internet provider. If the transfer speed is low at the same time, for example when using an analogue modem, you might consider surfing fewer pages at the same time. To check where the traffick stops, use this command in DOS leading text:
alternatively from an Unix terminal:
where www.netfonds.no can be replaced by .netfonds.no if it stops at a specific Netfonds page. The machine name will be evident from the content of the address field (Location) in your browser.
The result of the command can be sent in an email to email@example.com. Please include your username.
